PreBid Info:   A Pre-bid Conference will be held for this project on Wednesday, January 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. local time. Bidders shall meet at West High School, 5710S 176th Ave, Omaha NE 68135. All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including work for the proposed construction of athletic locker replacements at Millard West High School; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 3:00 p.m. January 26, 2022 by Jeremy Madson, at 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
The entire project is within Millard West High School (MNHS) campus, 144th and Pacific Streets. The project consists of replacing a portion of the men’s athletic lockers.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
