Project consists of site utilities and limited interior demolition. The United States Department of the Interior has recognized the Susan La Flesche Picotte Memorial Hospital as a registered National Historic Landmark (NHL) possessing exceptional architectural, historic and cultural value for our nation. It is the mission of the Owner to insure that the work performed be of the highest quality and consistent with the original building construction and details. Only qualified, experienced contractors/craftsmen who recognize the exceptional value of this landmark and can perform to the highest standards will be employed.



Job Purchase Information:
Construction Documents may be obtained at A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $75.00 made out to Board of Directors of the Dr. Susan La Flesche Picotte Center.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $25.00 is required if shipping is requested.

Partial sets will not be issued.

: All digital distribution is to be conducted through Fauss Construction.
