Bid Info:   INVITATION to submit sealed bids is hereby made by the Board of Education of the Council Bluffs Community School District for the Abraham Lincoln High School Outdoor Classroom. Send bid to: HGM - Jared Olson, 650 5th Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa 51501 up to and until 1:30 PM, Thursday, January 6, 2022. All sealed bids must be delivered to the office of HGM OFFICE prior to the official BID OPENING, as stated above, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail. Bids received after the OFFICIAL BID OPENING will be returned unopened.

Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950. There is NO Deposit required on this project. Only ONE set per planholder allowed.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

CD's and Downloads are available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of City Council Award.
