PreBid Info:   All Bidders are highly encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference at MPS North Middle School – 2828 South 139th Street on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 4:00 PM CST, to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, Bidding requirements, General/ Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. Bidders attending the pre-bid conference are encouraged to wear masks or face coverings and engage in social distancing while on site. The Pre-Bid Conference is the ONLY time bidders will be allowed access to the building to review existing conditions.

Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project(s) known as Millard Public Schools- North Middle School RTU #1 Replacement until 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. Bids may be submitted in person at the MPS Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha NE, 68144, during typical hours of operation of 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. until the date and time bids are due. Bids should be submitted to: Steve Mainelli, Project Manager, MPS Support Services, 13906 F Street, Omaha NE 68137.

Public Notes:
The entire project is within MPS North Middle School, 2828 South 139th Street, Omaha NE 68144. The project consists of demolition of an existing rooftop unit and replacement with new rooftop unit with similar capacity. There are two other projects occurring at this site during the summer of 2022 – Interior Renovation and Site Lighting. The Contractor shall coordinate with the other projects to ensure all work can progress as necessary. Work affecting other projects shall be coordinate a minimum of two week in advance.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
