site conditions, Bidding requirements, General/ Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure
comprehension of the specifications. Bidders attending the pre-bid conference are encouraged to wear
masks or face coverings and engage in social distancing while on site. The Pre-Bid Conference is the
ONLY time bidders will be allowed access to the building to review existing conditions.

The entire project is within MPS North Middle School, 2828 South 139th Street, Omaha NE
68144. The project consists of demolition of an existing rooftop unit and replacement with new
rooftop unit with similar capacity. There are two other projects occurring at this site during the
summer of 2022 – Interior Renovation and Site Lighting. The Contractor shall coordinate with the
other projects to ensure all work can progress as necessary. Work affecting other projects shall be
coordinate a minimum of two week in advance.
