Sealed bids will be received at the CAPWN Administrative Office, 3350 10th St, Gering, Nebraska, until 10:00 a.m. MST the 4th day of January, 2022, for an Addition to the CAPWN Building, Gering, Nebraska. All bids, properly received, will be opened at that time in an open and public letting. The owner will review all bids with the architect with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest responsible bidder.
