PreBid Info:   A Pre-bid meeting will be held for this project on December 15th, 2021, at 3:00 PM local time. Bidders shall meet at the projects site school’s main entrance. All bidders are encouraged to attend. No other time is scheduled for inspection of the project area.

Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted prior to 10:00 AM (CST), Tuesday, January 4th, 2022, and to the attention of John Brennan at Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. Bids received after the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding.

Public Notes:
The entire project is within Morton Elementary School campus, 1805 South 160th Street, Omaha NE 68130. The project consists of the replacement of two Multizone Rooftop Units and associated mechanical and electrical work.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
