Replace EPDM roofing on Building 'D' New Addition. New installation to be 60 mil with 20 year warranty. Provide alternate pricing to upgrade to 90 mil EPDM Fully Adhered system with 30 year 90 mph wind warranty as described in Alternate #1 Removals and replacement as detailed in project specifications and drawings
