Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project(s) known as Millard Public Schools- Millard North High School Lighting Upgrade - Phase 2 until 9:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, December 21, 2021. Bids may be submitted in person at the MPS Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha NE, 68144, during typical hours of operation of 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. until the date and time bids are due. Bids should be submitted to: John Brennan, Project Manager, MPS Support Services, 13906 F Street, Omaha NE 68137.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The lighting system at Millard North High School consist of various ages of fluorescent lighting including T12 which is nearing end of life and in need of replacement. The project includes removal of the existing fluorescent lighting and replacing it with new LED in the Phase 2 area. New lighting controls will be provided per energy code.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
