Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project(s) known as Millard Public Schools- E-Rate Telecom Infrastructure Upgrade Package B, until 9:45 a.m. local time on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. Bids may be submitted in person at the MPS Ron Witt Support Services Center, 13737 Industrial Road, Omaha NE, 68137, during typical hours of operation of 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. until the date and time bids are due. Bids should be submitted to: Joe Kuehl, Project Manager, MPS Ron Witt Support Services Center, 13737 Industrial Road, Omaha NE 68137. Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM CDT on Wednesday, January 5th, 2021 at RWSCC in room RWSCC B2.

Public Notes:
The district is upgrading telecommunications cabling throughout the district. Tis project includes removal of the existing telecommunications system equipment and cabling and replacing it with new.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $70.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $80.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
