PreBid Info:   A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for this project on December 8, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. local time. Bidders shall meet at Millard South High School (4905 Q St, Omaha, NE 68137) at the cafeteria sliding doors being replaced. Following Millard South High School, the group will proceed on to Morton Elementary, Millard North High School, Cottonwood Elementary, and Abbott Elementary. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract for the Replacements of Doors at Multiple Sites across the School District. Bids shall be received by the Owner until 11:00 a.m. December 21, 2021 by John Brennan, at 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Public Notes:
The project is located at five different MPS facilities: Grace Abbott Elementary School, Cottonwood Elementary School, J. Sterling Morton Elementary School, Millard South High School, Millard North High School. The project consists of the demolition and replacement of doors and frames as noted on the Drawings.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
