PreBid Info:   A Pre-bid meeting will be held for this project on December 1st, 2021 at 3:30p.m. local time. Bidders shall meet at Sandoz Elementary School located at 5959 Oak Hills Drive, Omaha, Nebraska. All bidders are encouraged to attend. No other time is scheduled for inspection of the project area.

Bid Info:   The Millard Public Schools will receive sealed Bids for the Project #1: Sandoz Elementary School project located at 5959 Oak Hills Drive, Omaha, Nebraska. Bids shall be submitted prior to 11:00am on December 16th, 2021 and to the attention of Stephen Mainelli at Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. Bids received after the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding. Bids will be opened and read aloud thirty minutes following the time indicated for receipt of bids.

Public Notes:
The project consists of interior finish renovations of the existing facility, the addition of a new family restroom and table storage addition.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $100.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
