Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the work must be filed before 10:05 a.m. according to the clock of the office of the Board, 418 Sharp Street, Glenwood, Iowa 51534 on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. Bids received after the deadline for submission of bids as stated herein shall not be considered and shall be returned to the late bidder unopened.

Project Location: Mills County, Iowa

Public Notes:
Work includes the installation of approximately 9,000 linear feet of 6-inch and 8-inch PVC water main, valves, hydrants, air released valves, water service lines, and other miscellaneous appurtenances and improvements.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Olmsted & Perry Consulting Engineers Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
