Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of several additions and remodel to the school located at 120 S. Napoleon Ave. Corsica, SD 57328, before 2:00 PM on November 23, 2021. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Corsica School - High School Gymnasium, 120 S. Napoleon St. Corsica, SD, 57328.

Project Description: 20,331 SF of addition at the Corsica school. There is a small demo/remodel section in the building.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to Puetz Design + Build. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $90.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 days of bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be subject to forfeiture.
