PreBid Info:   All Bidders are highly encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference located at MPS Rohwer Elementary – 17701 ‘F’ Street on Thursday, November 11th, 2021 at 4:00 PM CST, to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, Bidding requirements, General/ Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. Bidders attending the pre-bid conference are required to wear masks or face coverings and engage in social distancing while on site. The Pre-Bid Conference is the ONLY time bidders will be allowed access to the building to review existing conditions.

Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project(s) known as Millard Public Schools- Rohwer Elementary School – Heat Pump Replacement until 9:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. At that time the bids will be opened and read aloud. This will be in person at the MPS Support Services Center Conference Room. Bids should be submitted to: Mr. Jeremy Madson, MPS Support Services, 13906 F Street, Omaha NE 68137.

Public Notes:
The entire project is within MPS Rohwer Elementary School, 17701 ‘F’ Street, Omaha NE 68135. The project consists of demolition of existing water source heat pumps and replacement with new water source heat pumps.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
