A pre-bid meeting will be held VIA ZOOM at 3:00 p.m. local time on Monday, November 8,
2021. Bidders expressing interest to the Architect (krosburg@bvh.com) and Owner
(jsmadson@mpsomaha.org) by 24 hrs. prior, will be sent a Zoom link for the pre-bid
meeting. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Contractors are required to make a pre-bid site
visit. Those wishing to access the Neihardt Elementary School roof will need to make an
appointment by contacting Jeremy Madson at least 72 hours in advance. Unscheduled site
visits are required to be after 4:00 p.m. or on weekends. Contractors wishing to view the
UNDERSIDE of the roof deck conditions should confirm their attendance with Jeremy
Madson via phone or email no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10 and meet at
the main school entrance on Wednesday, Nov. 10 at 3:00 p.m. Contractors should bring their own ladders to access above ceiling locations.
