PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 10, 2020 at 3:00 pm at I-90 Mile Marker 362 in the entry of the East Bound Rest Area Building. Pre-Bid attendance is strongly encouraged, but not mandatory.

Bid Info:   Sealed combined bids will be received by the State Engineer on behalf of the South Dakota Department of Transportation at the Office of the State Engineer, Joe Foss Building, 523 East Capitol Ave, Pierre, South Dakota 57501-3182 until November 17, 2021 at 3:00 PM CT for the Salem DOT West Bound Rest Area Remodel.

The Project consists of the Extensive remodel of existing rest area as well as site updates.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950. There is NO DEPOSIT required for this project.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 days of bid opening.
