The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the
following:
1. Interior renovations of approximately 7,000 sf of family and consumer science classrooms.
This will include renovations to the existing culinary and textiles classrooms. Scope will
include demolition of existing finishes, walls, doors, casework, ceiling systems, plumbing,
mechanical hoods, and electrical devices and lighting. New work will include finishes,
casework, acoustic ceilings, lighting, plumbing, mechanical exhaust, modification of fire
sprinklers and coordination of installation of owner provided equipment.
2. Interior renovations of approximately 5,000 sf for three art classrooms on the first floor
and approximately 2,320 sf for one art classroom on second floor. Scope will include
demolition of existing finishes, casework, plumbing, and lighting. New work will include
finishes, casework, plumbing, electrical devices, lighting, modification of fire sprinklers
and coordination of installation of owner provided equipment.
3. Interior renovations of approximately 580 sf for three new individual restrooms. Scope will
include demolition of existing finishes, floor penetrations, doors, ceilings, plumbing,
electrical, lighting, and exhaust. New work will include finishes, walls, doors, plumbing,
exhaust, electrical devices, lighting, and modification of fire sprinklers.
4. Interior renovations of the existing auxiliary gyms and wrestling rooms. Scope in these
areas will be limited to replacement of existing light fixtures on a 1 for 1 basis.

Construction Documents may be obtained at A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $50.00 made out to Lincoln Public Schools.
Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.
A separate non-refundable check made out to
A & D Technical Supply for an additional $25.00 is required if shipping is requested.
Partial sets will not be issued.
Per LPS, digital copies will be available upon approval from LPS. Approval could take 1-2 business days from time of placed order.
A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Any obtained digital copies are solely for the purpose of bidding and are not to be redistributed outside of the office to which LPS approved digital access.
