PreBid Info:   A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 3rd, 2021 at 2:00pm CST, in person at the School’s administrative office at 605 West Martin Street, Battle Creek, Nebraska. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but highly encouraged. The pre-proposal conference will include an overview of the Project design to date, with an opportunity for prospective proposers to ask questions about the Project and visit the Project site.

Bid Info:   Proposals are due and must be received at the School’s administration office located at 605 West Martin Street, Battle Creek, Nebraska, no later than November 23rd, 2021 at 2:00pm CST. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROPOSAL FOR CM@R FOR BATTLE CREEK PROJECT”. Eight (8) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (PDF on USB flash drive) of the proposal document shall be included. Additional proposal requirements listed in the RFP.

Public Notes:
Madison County School District 59-0005, a/k/a Battle Creek Public Schools, a Class III public school and political subdivision of the State of Nebraska (“School”), is requesting proposals from qualified construction management at risk (“CM@R”) firms to provide preconstruction design consulting and construction manager at risk services for a proposed additions and renovations project to the high school building and athletics facility located at 605 W. Martin Street and to the elementary school building located at 305 S. 4th Street, both in Battle Creek, Nebraska, as further described herein.

The total construction budget for all construction costs for the Project is not to exceed Six Million, Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($6,750,000.00), subject to adjustment by the School.
