PreBid Info:   There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at Rumsey Station Elementary at 4:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 . Attendance of this Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for all General Contractors. Other subcontractors are highly encouraged to attend this Pre-Bid Conference. Masks will be required within the building.

Bid Info:   Bids for the Rumsey Station Elementary Addition and Renovation will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, November 16, 2021 , at the Papillion-La Vista Public Schools Administrative Offices located at 420 South Washington Street, Papillion, Nebraska. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Papillion, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the construction of approximately 3,440 square feet of new addition, 55,125 square feet of renovation.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to PLCS.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $55.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
