NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Governors for the Southeast Community College Area is hereby requesting proposals from qualified construction management forms to provide preconstruction design consulting and CM@R services.

The proposed Project will consist of the following:
A new, approximately 250 bed/unit, four story residence hall building with associated spaces for student gatherings. Construction will be Type II-B R-2 Occupancy type. The residence hall building is anticipated to be designed as a steel frame structure with a cast-in-place concrete foundation system. This building project shall include all site civil, landscaping, general, mechanical, plumbing and electrical construction.

The Owner will determine at a later date whether this optional Project is to be include and added to the Scope of Project:
A second new approximately 250 bed/unit, four story residence hall building with associated spaces for student gatherings. Construction will be Type II-B R-2 Occupancy type. The residence hall building is anticipated to be designed as a steel frame structure with a cast-in-place concrete foundation system. This building project shall include all site civil, landscaping, general, mechanical, plumbing and electrical construction.

The expected total budget for each project is anticipated not to exceed twenty-five million dollars $25,000,000.00.
