The Millard Public Schools will receive sealed Bids for the Project #8: Cather Elementary School project
located at 3030 South 139th Plaza, Omaha, Nebraska. Project will be awarded as a single combined
contract. Project consists of interior renovations. Bids shall be submitted prior to 11:00am on November 3rd, 2021 and to the attention of Stephen Mainelli
at Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. Bids received
after the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support Services shall be
the official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding. Bids will be opened and read aloud via
virtual bid opening thirty minutes following the time indicated for receipt of bids. Bidders shall include an
email address on the outside of the bid envelope in order to receive an invitation to participate in the
Zoom meeting in which bids will be opened.
