The work consists of the construction of an addition and renovation of an existing golf cart shed. Work
includes selective demolition of the existing structure and surrounding pavements, earthwork, concrete
pavement, pipe bollards, building foundation & slab concrete, unit masonry, rough & finish carpentry,
wood trusses, asphalt shingles, mineral fiber-cement siding & trim, flashing & sheet metal, joint sealers,
steel doors & frames, sectional overhead doors (salvage and reinstallation), wood windows & glazing,
hardware and painting.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
