PreBid Info:   There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at Liberty Middle School at 4:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, September 30, 2021 . Attendance of this Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for all General Contractors. Other subcontractors are highly encouraged to attend this Pre-Bid Conference. Masks will be required within the building.

Bid Info:   The Board of Education of Papillion-La Vista Community Schools, County of Sarpy, State of Nebraska, will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract, including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the Liberty Middle School Addition located at 10820 Wittmus Drive , Papillion, Nebraska 68046 . Bids for the Liberty Middle School Addition will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, October 27, 2021, at the Papillion-La Vista Public Schools Administrative Offices located at 420 South Washington Street, Papillion, Nebraska. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Papillion, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the construction of approximately 25,000 square feet of new addition and 500 square feet of light renovation.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to PLCS.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
