Bid Info:   Bids for the Rejoice! Lutheran Church Narthex Interior Finish Renovation will be received until 10:00 a.m. local time, Thursday, October 21, 2021, at the main church office located at 2556 S. 138th Street, Omaha, NE 68144. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the partial demolition and renovation of approximately 2,790 square feet of existing narthex space.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Rejoice Lutheran Church.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
