Bid Info:   The Board of Education of Papillion La Vista Community Schools , County of Sarpy , State of Nebraska , will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract, including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the PLCS - TEAM MEETING ROOM BUILDING located at 10799 HIGHWAY 370 , Papillion, Nebraska 68046 . Bids for the PLCS - TEAM MEETING ROOM BUILDING will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, September 28, 2021 , at the Papillion La Vista Community Schools Offices located at 420 South Washington, Papillion, Nebraska 68043. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Papillion, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of the construction of a 4,950 square foot new building.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to PLCS.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
