PreBid Info:   The District will conduct a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site tour for interested bidders at the Dundee Elementary School, 310 N 51st St, Omaha, NE 68132, on Monday, September 13, 2021, at 8:30 AM CT. All attendees are required to sign-in at that time, and only the attendees will be allowed to submit a bid. At the conclusion of the meeting, the email address of the locked email bid box for submission of bids will be provided to attendees and they will be required to acknowledge receipt of the email address. Proposals received from bidders not attending the pre-bid meeting will be returned unopened. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masks must be worn by all attendees.

Public Notes:
The Work called for in these Bid Documents includes the removal and disposal of two existing boilers and related facilities from Dundee Elementary School and replacement of the boilers with the installation of new boilers that will be acquired by the District and installed by the successful contractor.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
