PreBid Info:   A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, September 9, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Abraham Lincoln High School, Council Bluffs, Iowa, for interested Contractors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors to view the project site and ask questions. Attendance is not mandatory but suggested.

Bid Info:   All sealed bids must be delivered to the office of HGM Associates Inc., 640 Fifth Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa, prior to 2:00 PM on September 21, 2021, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail. Bids received after the OFFICIAL BID OPENING will be returned unopened.

Public Notes:
The Work includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of existing hollow metal doors and frames at various Council Bluffs schools. Materials include hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum store front, and interior finishes/ touch-up work.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to HGM Associates. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the bid date to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
