Public Notes:
This project includes the construction of 98 affordable multi-family residential units spread across six building clusters on an 8.72 acre site generally located between 36th Street and west of Wyuka Cemetery, and the renovation of an existing single family residence into a rental office for the property manager and tenant clubhouse. The building clusters include multiple buildings with stacked residential units accessible at the ground level and exterior stair towers between the buildings. Included are two of Cluster A with 18 units each, one Cluster B with 20 units, two Cluster C with 14 units each, and one Cluster D with 14 units
