Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30 pm on 9/2/2021 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm.

Project Location: Hastings, NE

Public Notes:
The work covered consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses & permits required to construct a new live fire breach training facility at the Greenlief Training Site, Hastings, NE. Project to include the construction of 3 large earth berms, structural steel frames for breaching stations mounted on concrete slabs, 2 reinforced concrete refuge areas, reinforced concrete fragmentation wall with timber facing breaching stations and supply 11 pre-cast panels placed in the structural steel frames. There is a mess area that will be bid as two alternate items to be selected if budget allows. Alternate #1 is for a 20' X 40' metal covered assembly area with concrete flooring and sidewalks. Alternate #2 is for development of 6” thick rock access road and vehicle parking area totaling approximately 1290 SY. The work in both areas will also include regrading and seeding of grounds to ensure proper drainage. Silt Fencing and SWPP permitting is required.
