Scott Doom Contracting has entered into a Construction Manager Contract with Wagner School District. As a result, Scott Doom Contracting will not bid on this project.

Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a sealed bid to Owner for construction of a facility located at 101 Walnut Avenue SW, Wagner, SD 57380, in the lunch room commons area, before 3:00 pm local time on August 19, 2021, at which time and place the bids will be opened for the following project: Wagner School 2021 Classroom Addition.

Public Notes:
Summary Project Description: A 23,912 S.F. addition of 13 classrooms, 1 science room, 6 kindergarten restrooms, 3 offices, elec/mech room, and a 2,300 S.F. remodel. This project will be bid in 3 phases. Phase 1 will be for supplying steel roof deck. Phase 2 will be a shell package. Phase 3 will be everything else required to finish.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to Scott Doom Contracting. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $60.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 days of bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be subject to forfeiture.
