Public Notes:
The project, located at the southeast corner of Burdette Street and 30th Street, consists of three buildings. Building A is a 4-story mixed-use building with commercial on the lower level and ground level, with 49 residential apartments on four floors. Buildings B & C are 3-story with 8-unit and 4-unit apartments respectively. The project includes (61) surface parking stalls and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $250.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $125.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $150.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
