The Benkelman CRA is seeking proposals for work that consists of the first phase of limited demolition
to an existing 2 story (main level: 5,320 SF and second level: 4,720 SF) brick building (and basement –
4,720 SF) located at 521 Chief Street, Benkelman, NE 69021. Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date, at which point they will be publicly opened
and read aloud. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders and
delivered by Friday, July 30, 2021, 11:00 am, Mountain Time directed to the Benkelman CRA 126 7th
Avenue East, PO Box 347, Benkelman, NE 69021. Complete Bid Submittals will be accepted electronically.
Bids submitted by this method must be received at mclause@engint.us by 5:00 pm, Mountain
Time, Thursday, July 29, 2021. Please test this method of delivery prior to the deadline.
