Project Location: Benkelman, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The work consists of the first phase of limited demolition to an existing 2 story (main level: 5,320 SF and second level: 4,720 SF) brick building (and basement – 4,720 SF) located at 521 Chief Street, Benkelman, NE 69021. Demolition must happen without damaging the building’s structural and exterior envelop integrity. Temporary weather protection will be needed to protect the building from the elements until future work. This portion of the project will help prepare the structure for a future design and construction phase. The scope of the selective demolition is explained in the attached plan set.

Documents can be mailed for an additional non-refundable check of $15.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be returned in full upon giving the complete set in good condition and any received addenda to A&D Technical Supply within 14 days of the bid opening. Partial sets will not be issued.
