PreBid Info:   All Bidders are encouraged to attend a Pre-bid Conference located at the main entrance of Millard West High School – 5710 S 176th Ave, Omaha, NE 68135 on Tuesday June 29, 2021 at 10:00 AM CST, to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, Bidding requirements, General/ Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. Non-vaccinated bidders attending the pre-bid conference are required to wear masks or face coverings, and engage in social distancing while on site.

Bids are due by 9:00 a.m. on July 13, 2021. Submit bids in a sealed opaque envelope marked: BID ENCLOSED, Millard West High School Chiller Replacement. Bids should be addressed as follows: Jeremy Madson Project Manager, Millard Public Schools Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137.

Public Notes:
The entire project is within Millard West High School (MWHS) campus, 5710 S 176th Ave, Omaha, NE 68135. The project consists of replacement of existing chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated mechanical, electrical, and temperature control work.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
