Altech Builders Inc. (General Contractor) will receive bids for Koukol & Johnson, LLC, located at 3839 S. 148th Street, Suite 158 & 160 (Altech Plaza II Condominium Offices) This is a new building and the commercial space is in raw condition, i.e. concrete floor, except where bathrooms will be set, four walls, and a door. This is a first generation build-out. It has never been built-out.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
