Proposals will be privately opened during the Board Meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 29, 2021 and succesful bidder will be notified as soon as possible after the Board formally accepts a proposal.

Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Cannon Moss Brygger Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of bid documents is required there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition TO THE ARCHITECT, within 10 days after the opening of proposals.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be subject to forfeiture.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801.
DO NOT RETURN PLANS TO A&D OR YOUR DEPOSIT CHECK WILL BE CASHED.
