Bid Info:   You are hereby notified that Waypoint Church shall receive sealed bids for the Restroom Renovation located at 1313 N. 48th Ave, Omaha, Nebraska 68132; That said bids shall be received at the office of Waypoint Church (North side of building lower level) at 2:00 p.m. on 06-22-2021, attention: Cliff True. Bids will be privately opened and all bidders will be notified of the results following the opening. Prime Bidders will only be eligible to bid if they have received a specific invitation or written prior approval from Waypoint Church at least 7 days before the date of receipt of bids.

Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit (check only) in the amount of $50.00 payable to Waypoint Church.
Only Complete Sets of Contract Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Contract Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within 10 days after the bid opening.
