PreBid Info:   A tour of the existing building and a pre-bid conference will be held at the building on June 9th, 2021 at 10:00 am. Interested parties are to meet by the Douglas County Health Center Main Lobby. Location shown on cover sheet of drawings. Bidders are encouraged to attend walkthrough. Attending parties must wear masks and follow all CDC social distancing requirements.

Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of $100.00 for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to Specialized Engineering Solutions. Builders Cards will NOT be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
