NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Education of Dakota County School District 22-0011
a/k/a South Sioux City Community Schools, is hereby requesting proposals from qualified construction management
firms to provide preconstruction design consulting and construction management at risk services
pursuant to the Nebraska Political Subdivisions Construction Alternatives Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§
13-2901 et seq., relating to a proposed activities complex improvements project at the high school
facility located at 3301 G Street, South Sioux City, Nebraska (“Project”). Sealed proposals must be received at the School’s administrative office at 210 W. 39th Street,
South Sioux City, Nebraska no later than 2:00 p.m. on June 22, 2021. Proposals may be delivered
in person, via United States Mail, or parcel service. Only such proposals as have been received by
the School at the address, time and date listed above, will be considered. Following the opening
of proposals, the proposals will be evaluated, the construction manager at risk candidates ranked
in order of preference, and a contract negotiated and approved according to School policy.

The Project generally consist of the following: Removal of the existing asphalt running track, natural grass playing field within the
running track, bleachers (both home and visitor), press box and the existing stadium
lights, construction and installation of a new asphalt running track, synthetic turf
playing field, LED stadium lighting, single 1,500-seat bleacher structure (slab on
grade) with a 6-bay press box atop the bleachers, and all corresponding earthwork,
utilities, and fencing, at the South Sioux City High School located at 3301 G Street,
South Sioux City, Nebraska (“Project”).
