Project Description: The Work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of aluminum windows throughout the existing NDOT-Testing Laboratory Building. Materials include aluminum fixed and operable storefront windows, infill aluminum panels, drywall patching and painting at wall and drywall ceilings, removing and reinstall existing ceiling tiles.

The said Documents have been prepared by HGM Associates and may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $100.00, contact 402-474-5454 to obtain documents. Documents are also available for viewing at the Lincoln Builders Bureau, Omaha Builders Exchange.

Documents can be mailed for an additional non-refundable check of $25.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be returned in full upon giving the complete set in good condition and any received addenda to A&D Technical Supply within 14 days of the bid opening. Partial sets will not be issued.
