Project Description: In general, Work consists of removal of approximately 14,079 square feet of existing roofing, insulation and edge metals in all areas and replace with a tapered insulation system and fully adhered, 90 mil, 30 year no dollar limit warranty, EPDM membrane system.

The said Documents have been prepared by Erickson Sullivan Architects and may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $40.00, contact 402-474-5454 to obtain documents. Documents are also available for viewing at the Lincoln Builders Bureau, Omaha Builders Exchange, NDOT Omaha Facility.

Documents can be mailed for an additional non-refundable check of $15.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be returned in full upon giving the complete set in good condition and any received addenda to A&D Technical Supply within 14 days of the bid opening. Partial sets will not be issued.
