McCarthy requests Bid Proposals for the construction of Bid Package #5 – Site, Track
and Field, 42nd & Y Street Public Improvements. Bid Proposals for Work
Categories No. 74, 75, 76, 78, 79, 80, 81, 83, 84, and 85 will be received by McCarthy
by the following: McCarthy office at 4201 South 130th St, Omaha, NE 68117, until 1:00 P.M., May
25th, 2021. The envelopes containing the Bid Proposals must be sealed, addressed
to McCarthy, and designated as "Bid Proposal for Work Category No.___, for New
OPS Middle School at 42nd & Y Street BP #5." No Bid Proposals will be received
after 1:00 P.M., May 25th, 2021. Bid Proposals will be opened privately.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Omaha Public Schools. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $60.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned in 'like new' condition to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 14 days of the bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
