The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The project consists of Addition and Renovation work for the OPS Spring Lake Elementary School, Omaha, Nebraska. The main components of the project work are as follows: The addition and renovation consists of remodeling and upgrades to existing building systems for the facility. Demolishing those parts of the existing building indicated to accommodate the proposed new construction.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $100.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $130.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
