before 1:30 pm on 5/27/2021 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00.

The work covers of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits for the disassembly / demolition of building 700 (an approx. 9,600 SF Metal general instruction building) located at the Greenlief Training Site, Hastings, NE.
This project shall include the complete demolition and removal of the building and all its building materials in the appropriate manner per applicable codes, and all earth infill and grading and seeding as necessary. All associated utilities will be either removed or capped off in a safe and expedient manner. It is estimated the project should take about 60 days.
ALL materials consisting of metals, cables(electrical, phone, computer) utility and mechanical equipment (2 restrooms, A/C and Heating, etc.), concrete, will become the property of the contractor. Landfill weight tickets will be needed at the end of project.
