Metropolitan Community College will receive sealed bids for a Single Contract, including a
roof membrane reroof for the existing ballasted roof locations and any areas necessary for
the proper installation of said membrane roof and its accessories at the La Vista Public
Library / MCC Sarpy Center located at the Sarpy Center in La Vista, Nebraska. The Project will consist of an EPDM membrane reroof at locations of ballasted roofing.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Metropolitan Community College. A builder's card will also be accepted in lieu of a deposit.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within ten (10) calendar days after the bid date.
