Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 4102 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68105. All Bidders and subbidders
are strongly encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled to allow bidder access
to the roof areas. A mask will be required for use during the conference and walkthrough.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Douglas County, Nebraska shall receive sealed bids on a
Construction Contract including roofing removal and replacement work at the Douglas County Health
Center, at 4102 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68105; that said bids shall be received by the
Owner until 11:00 a.m. central time on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 to the attention of the City of
Omaha Clerk, Douglas County Civic Center, LC1 Offices, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska
68183. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at the regularly scheduled
Bid Opening meeting in the Legislative Chambers after submission of Bids on Wednesday, May 12,
2021.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Complete roofing material removal and replacement with polyisocyanurate insulation
and EPDM membrane. Deck is cast in place concrete and all components of new roofing
system will be fully adhered. Refer to plans and specifications for Base Bid scope of
work, add Alternate 1 work scope, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
