Bid Info:   Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for the Woodbine Community School District Weight Room/Wrestling Room Renovation. School District will receive sealed bids until 12:00 PM on April 27, 2021. Submit bids in 9" x 12" envelope identified "PROPOSAL, Weight Room/Wrestling Room Renovation" and the name of the bidder written clearly on the front of the envelope. ATTN: Justin Wagner, Superintendent. Submit bids to: Business Office, Woodbine Community School District, 501 Weare Street, Woodbine, Iowa 51579. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud at 6:45 p.m. in the Thinker Dome of Woodbine Community School District. The bids will be considered by the Woodbine Community School District on April 27, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Thinker Dome of Woodbine Community School District.

Public Notes:
The work being bid pursuant to this Notice will consist of the following: The renovation of the existing weight room will consist of creating two floors of training areas. This will require the retention of the first floor area for the expanded weight room and the addition of a second story floor for the wrestling room. The existing hallway separating the weight room and cafeteria serving line will remain. The current area footprint measures 52’3” wide north to south and 75’3” west to east. 3,931 square feet.
