Renovation includes replacement of building systems, materials, and finishes; and revised layout of spaces. General construction includes wood framed walls and roof; new siding and windows; new asphalt roof system; new walls, doors, ceilings, finishes, etc.; new mechanical, electrical, plumbing

Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents may be obtained from A & D Printing with a deposit check of One-hundred dollars ($100.00) made payable to the Santee Sioux Nation. This Deposit is refundable upon return of undamaged documents within ten days of bid opening date.

The complete digital set of bid documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $35.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply.

If required, documents can be mailed UPS for an additional payment of $40.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply.
