Pottawattamie County Jail located at 1400 Big Lake Road on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 10:00 AM (CDT).
Attendance will be taken and is mandatory for general contractors bidding the project. Attendance for subcontractors
is highly encouraged.

Bids will be received until 10:00 AM (CDT), on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at the Board of Supervisors
Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, Pottawattamie County Courthouse, located at 227 South 6th Street, Council Bluffs,
Iowa. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or
representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

The project consists of renovation to existing office space and construction of a new office area. The
addition is one (1) story in height, and has a total area of approximately six thousand nine hundred and fifty
(6,950) square feet.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to DLR Group Inc. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
