Sealed bids will be received at the City of Sidney Board Room, 1115 13th Ave., Sidney, Nebraska, until 10:00 a.m. MST on the 20th day of April, 2021, for the Interior Building Renovation for Sidney Elks Lodge, Sidney, NE. All bids, properly received, will be opened at that time in an open and public letting. The owner will review all bids with the architect with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest responsible bidder.
